It was late 70’s early 80’s I think. The main theme was an architect in L.A. was hired to build a new church. But in doing this his placement of the Large Cross when hit by the sun shown right onto the grave of a very powerful vampire. Marking his grave with the cross. When the sun went down he managed to track down the man’s apartment, but only his wife was home. He literally tore her apart in his ràge. He then sought out the architect who had spoken to a priest and was told he would be safe hiding from him in the church. The vampire taunted him by continually tapping on the church’s glass at night. That’s all I remember
