What movie am I thinking of?

late-80s/90s movie. A man kidnaps a beautiful woman with large breasts. He takes her back to his hostage house. She tries to escape but gets stuck trying to squeeze through a dog door. Man finds her and rubs either butter or lotion on her chest to get her out. (thought actress was Anna Nicole Smith-research brought up nothing)

Somehow, there is a sex scene between the two at night in front of the fireplace. She somehow tricks him and walks out the front door at the end of the movie.
