I remember watching this about 10-12 years ago (pretty sure it came out around then). I remember a few guys who accidently(?) killed this other guy in a hotel room and they decided to get rid of his body so one guy took a chainsaw(?) and dismembered his body in the bathroom while the song “we three kings of orient are” is playing. They decide to dispose of the body by putting the pieces in boxes and wrapping them like Christmas presents to dispose of them at random present donation places.

This is basically all I can remember, the bathtub scene was really graphic and I can’t find any information about this movie.
