Hey guys! I’m looking for a movie, i believe it was a thriller, i watched it about 15 years ago. It’s about a couple who move to their appartment. Then it turnes out that their is a weird man living (underneath?) who has a blueprint drawn (on his ceiling ?) of their appartment. And he is moving their stuff and knows everything about them. And there is no entrance at first to his appartment. Later the couple does find it, and that’s how they find out about this men. I think it’s an American movie, late 90’s or early 20’s. I know it’s not much, but it’s all I can remember.
