I was this movie(not a tv show) today, it had a scene with three hot women dressed in black and wearing masks(also black). It also had a scene of the actor pushing a limousine onto the sidewalk and later driving it with a guy in the back partying with some girls. Also, a tow truck towing a car(maybe a SUV) and the actor was getting dragged behind the car. Please help me find the title of the movie.
