A black and white horror movie that has a scene near the opening where there are a man and woman in a taxi. As they pull up to a suburban town, the taxi driver says something like Don’t slide out of the car. The town is abandoned with children with half of their faces burnt.
The movie was in English and I had seen it on t.v about 10 or more years ago. I was kicked out of the room before I can see it end.
