Ok, forgive the awful description.

This kid, teen, maybe 15 tops, is at home being ignored by his family. he posts on the internet that “nobody here cares about me” or something similar and he wishes someone would come take him away and care about him.

Aliens come and take him away with them. one looks like a dog, i think? Another i believe is like a floating head, with a 90’s teen girl voice (omg, like SO retro!) They had all assumed that he wanted to be take n away from Earth because nobody on his planet cared.

This movie would’ve been before 2000, but aired at least once after 1995.
