Most likely it appeared before 2010.

Probably it participated in a film festival and is directed by famous film director most likely Spanish speaking.

The film has several parts (non related plots imho) talking about abuse, descrimination (sexual, verbal).

The one I remember is about rich confident handsome and adored guy living in Latin-American country, who goes to study in USA. He is dealing with bad integration, humiliation, bullying (opposite to how he had been treated in native country). One night he is sexually abused by male friends from campus/university.

As far as I remember film has one world in name starting on “D” (similar to departured…).
