Animated colour movie. Early 1980’s probably American.
Only scene I remember is a woman lying on her back with her legs apart. A (very) long line of male ‘genitalia’ is ‘marching’ towards her (each male organ using his testicles as ‘legs’ to walk) and each one jumping ‘inside’ her.
Very strange…
