I saw this movie sometime in the summer or fall of 1991, but it was on TV not in a theater. I saw it in Chinese but I can’t remember if that was the actual language or it might’ve dubbed into Chinese. I was very young so the details are fuzzy. Somehow a group of friends are stranded somewhere, possibly on a mountain. They manage to find a house or cabin to take refuge in. A priest (or some sort of religious figure wearing the typical priest robes) lives there alone and welcomes them in. At night, things start to get creepy. I remember some scenes of character being chased and/or killed by the priest. Eventually one or two of them discover a skeleton wearing the priest’s robes, suggesting the figure they’ve been interacting with is some sort of ghost. I vaguely remember that at least one girl survived, and was possibly spared because she was a nicer person than her friends.
