Looking for a scifi movie I saw in the ’70s, about a man hiding from creatures which could not tolerate light (but weren’t vampires). The one scene I remember is the man entering an empty clothes store with several mannequins. One of the mannequins move (a bit of a jump scare) and he realizes that the mannequin is a woman. The man and the woman then bond to survive, placing huge searchlights on the roof of a low building at night to ward off the humanoid creatures. The creatures wore hooded black gowns. The last scene I remember is the creatures scaling the building. The movie was in English. Any help appreciated. Thank you!
