I was very young approximately 1969, watching on television. I believe it was black and white but I am not sure as I also remember we had a black and white TV. It was in English. I believe I saw parts of it twice and there was something about the Ambiance that I enjoyed. The only scene I remember was Spacemen on another planet , one guy picked up something from the ground I believe, the size of his fist, look like a rock or a fossil , and he is able to open it up or split it in two, which reveals a man made object inside. It looked like a jewelry cameo of a sort . I think it was the image of a woman’s face like a cameo would have, but my memory is very fuzzy on this. My recollection is that this was giving evidence of a life-form that was otherwise not proven to exist? This may have even been the end of the movie but I am not sure about that either. Thanks for your help.
Yes that’s it! The American version, Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women! Grover nailed it. However there is a glitch in this posting as it was duplicated and now one of the posts is missing so let me know if this is cleared up

I believe you, Captainronnie, but I’d like for grover to show up and confirm that he was the one who solved it. Since he solved your other movie, maybe you are confusing the two. Though grover is certainly capable of solving 2 movies for 1 person in one day.
For some reason whenever you (Captainroonie) post a movie there are always 2 exactly identical copies of the same post. So I have to delete one. It seems likely that I deleted one that someone had already responded on without realizing it. I don’t know why this is happening with your posts.
Yes I believe that is what happened. The post you deleted had the solved message on it no big deal. If my posts are showing up and duplicate maybe it is because I tap the button by mistake two times? I believe I have Grover’s message in my email perhaps I could cut and paste and place it in here to show you.

Upon initial viewing of the YouTube clip it looks like we are on track to discovering the right movie. I will need to do some investigating as it looks like there are a couple versions of this film maybe three versions I am not sure and one or two are in Russian . One of the YouTubers also claimed it was called Voyage to the planet of Prehistoric Women so I will be investigating and I will let you know. Thank you so much. Please wait for my response.. if any one of these versions turns out to be correct, I would claim that you are the one that solved it ,as the YouTube clip that you showed me started off directly with the opening of the stone with the woman’s face inside of it.

I believe Voyage to the planet of Prehistoric Women was the name for the US edited version of the film…
Never mind. That was indeed what happened (I accidentally deleted a post that already had comments on it). But, I was able to find and restore the other post and confirm that it was indeed grover who solved it. Great job grover!
