I’m recalling a mid-70s movie about a displaced kid. One scene depicted the kid staring at a miniature street scene in the rain which dissolved into an actual street, or vice versa. I Remember him taking a nap at some point and waking to find a person in a cat costume walking toward him. A fuzzier memory is a scene with him in a playground with a Dinosaur-shaped slide. Been bugging me for years… maybe an After-school special?
