It was a romantic tv film from the 90s, probably beginning or middle. Not sure if it was an Harlequin movie but it was similar in kind.

A mid-thirties early-forties rich scarred guy lives alone in his mansion. He was the typical spoiled brat before an the accident, after that he became a recluse. He uses his long blond hair to cover the side of his face where the scars are.

For some reason (due to her work, I believe), a beautiful woman ends up staying with him temporarily. She likes to draw (and to take pics maybe?) and she draws him once or twice.

They don’t get along at first but the housekeeper explains (while looking at a pic of him when he was younger ) he’s like that because of his scars, that everyone left him after the accident.

At the end, she goes to a party because of work, I think. He also goes even though he told her he wasn’t (they fought?) and he confesses he loves her and that he isn’t going to hide anymore, I think.
