the movie was about 2 childood bestfriends, when they grow up the guy leaves to become a singer while the girl is left heartbroken she falls in love with another guy and marries him but then her bestfriend comes back and knocks her up making her pregnant but her husbands accepts her child and she then had to choose between them.
i remember readong that it was an mtv television movie though i may remember wrong.
