okay so I remember watching this english movie it was about this man who was swimming in the ocean drunk and almost drowned this girl saw him and she ran on the pier jumped in and saved him. She works in a lab of some sort. The man and woman end up having a weird connection they think that they know each other. After she saves him she starts to have a fear of water she won’t shower or wash her hands. She has nightmares every night about drowning. It cuts to a younger couple in a farm house and there’s a flash flood and  the house fills up with water and they end up drowning.
