So I saw this when I was a kid in the mid to late 90s, it might have been on TV but I don’t remember. There was a road trip or a long drive anyway. Two women were main characters. One seemed to be either deaf or maybe mentally challenged or maybe just innocent and slow, with dark hair and she was in this car with a swearing, cigarette smoking wise talking woman at the wheel. At one point the rougher woman decides they should go back and forth saying the worst things they think or have ever done. The innocent simple girl says something like ‘I wish my sister would die’. This is all I remember but for some reason I’ve been dying to figure out what this movie was for years. Did I dream this? I can’t find anything about it.
