I remember a movie trailer and even at 43 i want to watch this movie but can’t find it based on what little I remember there was a man maybe a cop looking for a gril that had numbers written on her hand may have been 666 but dont remember. I remember her in like a dark alley way and a dumpster and I think she was hiding the movie must have been R rated cause I never got to see it. I want to say the guy looking for her was an A lister in the day or maybe a heart throb in the day if not an A lister. I dont know why this movie trailer has followed my memories

nope, not it but I think im still gonna watch it! so the city theme in the one you suggested is about right to the movie im looking for, the girl had black hair and she was hiding they needed to find her cause she knew something and the trailer said something to the effect of “she has ___ tattooed on her hand i/we have to find her”
a long time ago there was a mission about them looking for a girl with tattoos and abrasions never solved..this might be the same one 🙁
