I watched the movie when I was younger, it was a VHS and it scared the crap out of me. All I can vividly remember is that it was puppets but that were dogs and they were all dressed up for like some Halloween thing. One was a brown chihuahua dressed as a vampire, another what seemed like a black and white  American Shepard wearing a phantom of the opera mask, and finally a long haired female Borzai.

There was a scene where the Borzai was having a duet with the black and white dog in front of a sequin curtain, it was silver sequin. That’s all I can remember, I’ve been trying to remember the name of the vhs since we sold the copy we had due to the nightmares it brought
