Plot: a couple – a woman and a man are going out of town. They escaping the police – they done something wrong, maybe a bank robbery or something like that. Probably as a result of some car problems, they need to get to an inn / a farm. The house owner (also the mechanic?) is a man, very nice at first, but he started to be suspicious and strange. He begins to carry with the couple a psychological game. I also remember, the house owner was respected in the area, it probably even a police officer at some point visit him. Later that couple killed the owner (perhaps even in self-defense). They thrown his body into something like the well (it’s under the roof). In the end they (or only woman is still there) confess to the police. When the police searching in the well for body of the house owner, they found other bodies. House owner was probably a serial killer.
