My younger brother and I watched this movie in the early 2000s that had a brother and a sister. We think they had a missing dad or something. Anyways they somehow end up in this alternate universe where everything is weird and monotone… *Disclaimer: this movie is not “Pleasantville”

They get out of the weird place by discovering that the man they’re speaking to is fake because he offers them some kind of fruit ice cream to which the younger brother accepts. The older sister realizes her brother hates this specific type of ice cream and then boom they’re back to reality…

All I remember is that this movie is creepy as hell and left both me brother and me with the weirdest feelings. Please help if you can I’m going nuts!!!
