This is gonna be frustrating to answer because I don’t remember much of the movie, but I’ll give it a shot.

What I remember is it VERY LIKELY to be a live action Disney movie because I think I watched it on the Disney Channel when I was a kid, it’s definitely old like PROBABLY 70’s or  60’s,

There was a little boy and girl, I believe they were brother and sister, and either just the boy or both of them could teleport. I think it was teleportation, but I could be wrong. I do remember that the girl could communicate to the boy through telepathy. I can’t remember much else of the movie but it’s driving me a bit nuts, I really do hope someone can help with this!
