I’m only remember one scene of the movie. In that scene a boy in his teens have to rescue a girl and goes to a place with a superman costume (or similar caped costume, but I think It was a superman costume).

I rented the movie (93 maybe) because in the back cover of the VHS, appeared a guy with the superman costume and at the time I was crazy about anything related to superheros. It should be an 80s or early 90s movie.
