My friend and I vaguely remember this really weird movie we watched in Spanish class when we in kindergarten or first grade. We think the protagonist was a turtle, and the villain may have been a rat (or other large rodent?). The turtle had a love interest that was another turtle (?), and at some point, she met this villain who played a very strange trick on her. It involved something with clothing on a string?
