I watched this movie a long time ago, when I was a kid (it was far from a kid’s movie), so details may be partially incorrect. I don’t recall the exact premise, the woman seemed to be a former human test subject on the run.

I recall a scene where the main character is having a nightmare. In the dream, she sees a box “flash” with a white silhouette of a woman inside, presumably her.

Another scene in the dream is the woman curled up inside a blue bubble-shaped container filled with water or other clear liquid. She is unconscious, eyes closed with an oxygen mask on her face. Black tubes or wires (I forget which) are surrounding her in the bubble. A scientist is walking around the bubble, examining her.
