I watched this movie in 2011-2014. I remember that the film itself was quite dark and a lot of red. The main character had black long hair, the atmosphere was quite cool but frightening. There was also a scene in a bar. I think it was about vampires. Sorry for this description, but I remember more visually than the plot itself.
