Movie is probably from the late 80’s to early 90’s.  Plot centers around one night at a cab company: banter among drivers as they tell stories, interactions between drivers and their passengers, one of the drivers is a wannabe actor (we actually see one of auditions), and one of their fellow drivers has gone missing (at films end, we learn he has been murdered).  I saw this on VHS years ago, and I have a recollection of some connection with Coppola (e.g., “Francis Ford Coppola Presents…”).  But, I’m not finding anything on IMDB.  Again…not Chan is Missing.
