In the mid to late 2000s, I saw this on TV. It was most likely an episode of a soap opera or something. A woman is in a car (brown 2000-2007 Ford Taurus), with her ~10 year old daughter in the back seat. Some guy chases her, ramming the back of the car, and eventually, the woman drives through some kind of electrical tower and the guy crashes and probably dies. That’s all I remember.
There is similar scene in this movie from 2002.
