I think this is the same movie, but this man is being wanted, it’s set in a futuristic controlled society, he takes his eye out to be undetected by scanners. I think he buys another eye from like an underground dealer. This guy also sells other body parts, that are like mechanical. This man also lies in an icebath tub to be undetected by heat sensors from police. there is also a very futuristic/self driving car that goes down a very steep hill. I think these are all the same movie but they might be different.
