In the beginning of the movie, a big event such as new years or fourth of July is about to occur.  There is a man with surfer hair [to the shoulders], it’s a slight blonde/brunette color.  Before he boards the train, he seems although he is in a conflict and straps firecrackers to his own stomach, and boards the train with the other passengers. I don’t remember the explosion all too well, except that this all happened at night.  Later on in the movie, there is a scene where two people meet at what seemed like a coffee shop surrounded by colorful flowers.  At the end of the movie, the man comes back as a man from the military.  This movie came out in between approximately 2000’s-2010, any help would be greatly appreciated – thanks in advance!
