I watched as a child in 1970s at school (had subtitles on it). It looked like it was made in UK or some country. A man who hated children always stealing his apples from trees and playing on his land so he built stone wall. And children still came around, so he built some more up to point where he was completely enclosed and he regretted it. He felt isolated and lonely so he called out to children to help him dismantle the stone wall. What was name of that movie?
