I feel like the movie is about a man and women, maybe a couple, for some reason begin to attempt to kill each other. I feel like it was produced from 1980-2005ish. I can only recall alot of screaming and violence. Overall I would say it is a thriller no jump scares.

The smallest scene I can only recall from it was around the end I believe. The man is waiting for the woman to come out of a room after some fighting (I think the upstairs room). While he waits he is singing a song and sitting on a chair. As he sings he his finger is circling around a wine glass creating noise.
