I saw this movie maybe 80’s early 90’s? I’m not certain when. The little girl was standing in class sharing what she did for her summer break. She was telling about the twin uncle no one knew about that was bad, I can’t recall if he was a thief or what but he was attempting to kill his twin brother who was in good standing. I believe he wanted to take his good twins place. All these mishaps kept preventing him from doing so. It was funny entertaining and fresh and it’s driving me CRAZY! I can SEE the actors face but don’t know his name!
