Okay, so, many years ago, like maybe even 20 years ago, around the mid 90s or so, I saw this kids show, and on the show I remember there being a little animated dump truck.  The show was about construction equipment.  The only thing I can really remember is the little animated dump truck having trouble pronouncing the word ‘articulated’.

I’m pretty sure the only thing that was animated in the show was the little talking dump truck.  Everything else was real life construction equipment and they would have real people talk to the little dump truck about the different machines on the job site.

I know it’s virtually nothing to go on, but hey, it makes the challenge of figuring it out even that much more fun.   Any help would be appreciated.
