I saw this on TV several times in the ’70s. My memory says it was black and white. There may have been treasure to be found. I remember some caves with the skeleton and some bats. I remember one specific line from John Wayne, he finds a Bible, apparently there is a clue for him there because he looks at it and notices it and opens it and says..” it’s the only dog-eared page in the book. “I liked the feeling of this movie. There is also a woman, and there is traveling at night in the hard desert with a can of peaches for survival. I hope I’m not remembering two separate movies.
