Hi I’m looking for a movie I saw a few years ago in the 20th century. It was about a gang of rich kids who ”robbed” or did some kind off criminal activity. They got in a conflict with the police at a ”skating park ” and they ran but the girl got shot in the neck and later her boyfriend shot her because they couldn’t take her to the hospital. I remember that they were wearing weird masks with faces on them when they commit the criminal acts. I also remember that the boyfriend wanted revenge or something on the cop that shot his girlfriend, so at the end of the movie they’re on a roof and he has taken the cops partner (or something) and tied him up and kind of hanged him off the building. He was not died but the cop had to compete with the boyfriend to see who could resemble a gun the fastest otherwise he would let go off his partner.

This is all I can remember from the move. The actors spoke english so I don’t know if it was made in America or Japan (could have been Korea). Please help me find the title of this movie, I would really appreciate it! 🙂
