I Think It Was A Zombie Movie

This was a movie trailer to what I assume was a zombie movie that I’ve wanted to see for years and years, but I didn’t catch the title to it when I saw the trailer on tv, but it looked really scary. So scary in fact, that more than fifteen years later, I STILL want to see it SO MUCH. It’s “eating me up”… Pun intended.

I know it came out after 2004. The movie trailer showed a forest at night and a lot (and I mean a LOT) of forest animals all running in the same direction, away from something FRIGHTENING, as though they sensed something horribly evil, and we’re all trying to get away as FAST as they could.  Then, it showed what they were running from. It had the silhouette the same shape and size as a man, but with BRIGHT glowing yellow eyes.

That was all it showed. Very suspenseful.

I assume this was a zombie movie, since it definitely had that feel, and it was made after the remake of “Dawn of the Dead”, during the height of the 2nd zombie-era.

    1. Thanks for the tip.
I went and watched the trailer for Dreamcatcher, but I don’t think that was it. The entire trailer I watched was very dark since it was nighttime. And it was short. It did occur to me that there may have been another trailer for the same movie, so I looked up all the trailers for it & no luck.
Below it I also saw the trailer for “The Mist”, another Stephen King movie. It also got my hopes up, but I don’t think that’s it either. However, it did have a Stephen King type of feeling to it though, so it could have been one of his.
I may be wrong, and it there’s a chance it could be either one of these movies (or neither), but until I can find the exact trailer, or someone can confirm that they saw the exact same one AND can remember the title, it will bug me until the day I die.
I’m beginning to think I’m the only one in the whole world who saw this trailer.

  1. Thanks Amanda. I’m sure you’re not the only one who saw this, maybe someone who saw it will see this post. Good luck.
