It was a group of men doing some type of heist. A particular scene was a woman being let in on heist and she comes in dressing in a bird suit. A guy is narrating how birds are bad luck and starts listing movies birds movie like The Birds and other ones.

I can’t find a clip with that scene, and, although she(Rachel Weisz) wasn’t wearing an actual bird suit but a suit and scarf with birds on it, I’m positive that’s the scene!
