all I can remember is it is an animated kids movie and there is a jail scene with the “good character ” in jail and one of them is a lizard and he is kind of hyper and he runs out to get something like a tissue and comes back and a few minutes go by and they realize he can walk in and out the jail door bars. so they tell him to get the keys which are on a ring on a high hook and he slaps down and piece of plywood to try to get taller and jumps up and down trying to reach and then either climbs or gets a stick to get the keys…it really bugs me that I cant think of this movie please help
