This movie was made in the late 90s early 2000s and if i recall correctly, it was German, but I’m not sure about that.

It begins with the death of the protagonist’s parents, she watches as a killer murders them, I think with a scissor. She survived the attack and the rest of the movie takes place in some sort of a camp, or little town to confront her fear but the killer shows up again. The trademark is that he wears a female wig and possibly female clothes as well. However, in the end it turns out that the killer was in fact, the protagonists who couldn’t deal with the traumatic experience from her childhood and the killer was another personality of hers. Can anyone recall a movie like this?
