This is a horror movie, probably from 90s, or early 00s.
I have watched only about first 5 to 10 minutes of the movie. So only scene that i can remember is this:

One kid has to go to sleep, and he is scared, his mom appears by the doors of his room and says to him that everything is going to be ok. When she leaves, you can see from his window that rain starts to make strange shapes on his window. Kid is so afraid that he takes a flashlight sits on his bed and covers himself with blanket. After batteries in his flashlight runs out, he decides to take of his blanket and comes off the bed. He stands next to his bed for few seconds, something grabs him for his legs and puls him under the bed.
