I’m looking for a movie that i watched about a decade ago at least, it was about a group of people going into a cave (that had an OLD crashed airplane next to it) and after getting in they immediately started getting killed off one after another by this “mysterious creature” (only one creature), after most of the main characters dying it knocked out the last 2 female characters unconscious, left the female characters in a part of the cave that he considers it his home, they wake up, see a picture of a little kid with his mom, and on the back of the pic it has a name, the weird creature returns, they freak out but maintain the situation and calm him down while saying the name on the back of the picture (they figure out that this little kid was left alone to survive after the plane crashed 20 years ago and he fed on humans and other beings visiting the cave all these years which made him barely human), last scene he just jumps on the screen and the movie ends (as in he killed the girls).

Note: Please don’t say The Descent, it is similar with the cave aspect but no, it was only one creature.
