It’s a weird one. Apologies on advance.

I don’t remember much at all except for one scene. A woman is tied over a table or a rack of some kind. She’s wearing a dress I think. A guy (the main nutcase in the film) comes up behind her. He’s going to rape her. I can’t remember what he’s saying but it’s something to do with giving and taking life maybe? As he knocks her out he says he can take life and then weirdly, you see the tip of his penis and he puts a metal object on it which is sharpened so it looks like a crown. Then he penetrates her with it on, lots of blood etc and she screams bloody murder while he talks about having given her life just then?

Saw this year’s ago. Definitely pre 2000 I think. Colour movie not black and white. I don’t really have much more to go on other than I was disturbed. Any help would be amazing. Thanks!
