This movie (I think) was on tv, between 2001 and 2009, to my knowledge. It was in English, in color.

Movie opens with the female lead mentally monologuing about how she’s done everything for her boyfriend.   Movie starts, her boyfriend is a hacker, trying to steal money or data from either a crime boss or powerful corperate person.  Movie progresses through the stages of setting this up.    Finally as the hack is ready,  the target is at risk of discovering the hack.  The girlfriend, as part of the job,  is in the presence of the target to potentially distract him.   The movie then cuts to the opening monologue,  and she then starts talking seductively,  eventually stripping down to keep the distraction.   The boss eventually convinces her and a female friend to start making out and more.   Due to the distraction,  the hack is a success.   The movie ends with the boyfriend distractedly driving a van around the city while the girls continue in the back.  When he asks when it’s his turn,  the girls say no, he got then into this situation,  and now they want more.
