I think this might be from a comedy TV show, possibly Scrubs or something similar. A guy is walking with his date/girlfriend/a girl, being all nice to her, then he catches sight of some friends/coworkers/people approaching in the opposite direction and abruptly shoves the girl out of sight. He then greets the group of people casually as though nothing happened. English, colour, probably mid 2000s or more recent.
