I watched a movie on TV sometimes in the mid to late 90’s that featured a small group of men that had abducted a woman and were transporting her out of a van at night. As she was flailing they started talking about what they were going to cut off her body parts. There may have been a mention of “cutting off her ass” to make soap, but the one that stuck with me was that one of them said something along the lines of “cutting off her tits (or ass) to make some sandals”. I remember thinking it was really strange.

If anyone has any recollection of someone saying something similar in a movie, please let me know. They may have used different wording such as “shoes” or “flip-flops”, but the idea is the same.
