This is a kids movie, and in the film I think there was a big family and lots of kid spies.  There was also a random factory that was light white and grey [but I do not recall the purpose of the factory].  Towards the middle/end of the movie, there is a little boy’s room at night with the moon glowing into it, the room is space – theme. It has a mini fridge and there is some kind of shake in the ground and a green liquid spills over into some dinosaur shape.  It is neon green.  This movie came out approximately late 2000’s but before 2011.
