This movie would have to have been made in the 80s or very early 90s because I must have seen it on cable in 96 or 97. I only remember one snippet and it’s stuck with me ever since as my life’s greatest mystery.

In the scene, two men (possible Asian) are sitting in a car and I believe it’s a limo. The limo is parked in a garage, tunnel or some sort of subterranean or darkened space. 10-20 feet from the car, there is a female ghostly apparition with a more witch-like bend (somewhat like Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China). The two men seem somewhat alarmed and fairly quickly a tentacle or some sort of appendage shoots out and rips off one of the men’s kneecaps. He was wearing jeans…

I know this is little to go on, I was 5 or 6 so the memory is cloudy. It has haunted me, but also driven me to watch dozens of B horror movies over the years. So that’s good.
