As a kid in the 80s I watched a part of a movie about a gang of thugs living or hiding in the basement of a appartment building terrorising the other people who live in the building.

The father of my friend turned it off because it was way to awfull for 2 kids.

If I’m remembering it correctly a woman got raped and got killed with I believe a cut throat and a scissor in her pussy. And I think there was a blind guy who’s dog got murdered. Movie is probably from the 80s. Time watching arround 1988.

Both the father and the friend dont remember the movie. Im still wondering about the rest of this movie, it wasnt a big one, but I still remember, and I am searchin the last few years without results. Thought Savage Streets was it, but to bad, probably same dresscode I think.
