I remember watching this movie in high school so I think it came out somewhere in the 2000’s. The story starts out explaining that in thebfuture humans figured out how to modify genes in babies before they are born to eventually give birth to “perfect” humans. Some people did opt to have babies the normal way and those were called “God children”. The protagonist was obviously a “God child”. He is the elder of two brothers the younger one being the modified one who he has to not only live in his younger brothers shadow he wants to be an astronaut.  Which in that society is not allowed because he isn’t a modified person. He later mascerades as a modified person with the help of other characters and he even falls in love but his identity is discovered last minute but he still manages to get on the space ship thus happy ending. I just don’t member the name I haven’t been able to remember in years
